Suspect arrested in Somers House mass shooting identified as 24-year-old man

SOMERS ⏤ The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department has identified the suspect currently in custody for Sunday‘s mass shooting at Somers House as Rakayo Alandis Vinson, 24.

Alandis Vinson remains in the Kenosha County Jail after deputies arrested him Sunday afternoon. 

According to a department release from Sgt. Christopher Hannah Monday morning, Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth plans to hold a press conference at 1:30 p.m. today. 

The department also reminds anyone that has any information regarding this investigation to contact them at 262-605-5100.
