Inside the Mind of Daniel Thompson: Somers House mass shooting, fear

KENOSHA ⏤ Sometimes, the written word falls short of expressing the emotion and thoughts we have inside after experiencing trauma.

I, Daniel Thompson, am not immune to experiencing this.

Sure, written words are convenient if you plan to return to them. But they are cold and distant at their core.

Therefore, I’m starting an ongoing podcast, “Inside the Mind of Daniel Thompson.”

In it, I plan to discuss current events in Kenosha, old happenings or anything that comes to my mind.

Today, of course, the Somers House shooting tragedy has my fixation. However, I am also thinking over all the mass shootings in our nation recently.

Please, take time to watch/listen to Episode 01, “Fear”, below.

And of course, feel free to share your own thoughts with me (without anger or judgement on my part) at dthompson@theuptownobserver.com.
