KENOSHA ⏤ Local singer/songwriter Kyle Young and the Chicago-area (usually) songstress Jaz Cardoza brought some real talent ⏤ and quite a variation of styles ⏤ to the Kenosha Fusion stage Saturday night.
The two artists are both supremely talented singers ⏤ Cardoza having one of the most powerful voices in the area, in my opinion.
Young also has an unbelievable skill of quite literally making something out of nothing through his second-nature improvisation skills.
However, Saturday’s duo performance may only be a now-and-then thing.
Cardoza is not a regular performer with Young.
In fact, she recently has a new band of her own called Mousai.
However, Saturday night showed that, when the two do share the stage, the result is simply magic.
