KENOSHA — On Friday, Jan. 29, Rev. Jonathan Barker of Grace Lutheran Church completed 100 Fridays of fasting in order to support increasing green energy initiatives around the nation.
As a result, Barker held a press conference at the church, 2006 60th St., welcoming speakers including County Board Supervisor Andy Berg and state Rep. Tod Ohnstad.
On top of the celebration, the pastor also announced another fast later this year.
