KENOSHA — On Jan. 5, Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley announced KPD officer Rusten Sheskey would not be charged in shooting Jacob Blake in August.

Graveley explained his decision in detail, offering new information which arguably changes the circumstances of the Blake situation.
