Alderman, supervisor and artist spend days ‘Freezing for a Reason’ for Grace Welcome Center

The week of Jan. 18, Ald. Dominic Ruffalo, County Supervisor Andy Berg and artist Katy Wallner spent several days and nights in the cold.

Their efforts were part of the “Freezing for a Reason” food drive donation drive to benefit Grace Welcome Center, 2006 60th St. in Kenosha.

And in looking at the room that the group had designated for donations over the event, it far surpassed its goal.
